PRIMALSReviews of primals.shop

Response from PRIMALSOct 12, 2026

Hey there, To be clear, primals.us is not ours. We have an ongoing case filed regarding that domain. PRIMALS is primals.shop. That is our only official store, and it's where our products, support team, and returns are handled. Our customer service is available 24/7 at [email protected] and we respond to every message that comes through. Send us a note there and we'll help however we can, including with the order placed on the other site if you need guidance.
