*Updated review* i have been contacted after commenting here and refund is coming. I have waited my order for over 1,5 months and wanted refund. All they say that I need to contact my local post office even our post office has nothing to do with this. I live on Finland and the parcel is in Germany. Primals doesn't want to do anything about it. I have contacted them 2 times already. Dont order from them if you want to get something. Feels like scam.

We understand the frustration with the delivery time, especially with an international shipment. However, your order was placed as a pre-order on August 1, which was stated on our website and communicated by email. Once the stock arrived on August 14, your order was shipped via DHL and handed over to Deutsche Post for international delivery. The tracking currently shows that the package is under inspection. When ordering from overseas, it is common for customers to coordinate with their local post office, as they handle the package once it enters the destination country and can provide additional information regarding local inspections and delivery. We also want to clarify that after we provided you with an update regarding your order and its tracking status, we did not receive any further communication from you before this review was posted. That said, we have now processed your refund. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
