Dara Kennedy and her amazing staff make Ayla one of my favorite places to visit in San Francisco. They are welcoming,and so helpful about any dilemma I have about skincare. Their products are curated by Dara for effectiveness and high quality ingredients. The ones she has personally created have become a cult favorite among her devoted clients because they work so well. I ordered in April for a birthday in June. It is now at the end of September. I have reached out multiple times with their last response in July. I would caution anyone from buying from them. Extremely frustrating!!!

The website says 6-10 weeks. I ordered a pair for my wife on May 3rd. I have tried to contact them several times for a status on my order to receive no response from her or her so called father. After more than a dozen attempts to contact them we still have not received a response.its now 19 weeks after the order was placed. I’m not sure that it’s not a scam. That’s why you can’t leave a review on their site. Very disappointed.
