Great for sensitive teeth and very happy that no longer being exposed to microplastics from other toothbrushes as research is starting to show that they maybe having negative health effects on various tissues and organs in our bodies.

Received confirmation that my 16 head order was refunded so I really appreciate the response and that makes me feel a whole lot better about continuing to do business with Primals, especially as I really do like the brush. I’ll followup again regarding the disconnected ring ****original review below While I’m really enjoying the products, I somehow ended up with two subscriptions that I wasn’t aware I had signed up for. One of them was for four sets of four brush heads every month (16 heads total!). When I received my first order, I emailed customer service because the green ring at the top of the brush was detached, but I never received a response. I tried following up and still didn’t hear back. After noticing a charge that alerted me to the excessive 16-head monthly subscription, I cancelled it online. When I logged into my account, I also discovered a second subscription for additional brush heads every two months, which I cancelled as well. I then called customer service to try to stop the order from shipping, I had already been charged, but no one answered and I haven’t received a call back. I really do like the brush and heads, but the lack of customer service response and the difficulty dealing with these unexpected subscriptions have been very frustrating. It’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoy the products, but the subscription experience and lack of support have definitely affected my overall impression of the company.

It took a while to receive my order but they were very transparent in letting me what was going on. I love my toothbrush heads. They fit on my Sonicare electric toothbrush perfectly. It takes some getting used to the wood shaft while brushing but will take nontoxic materials over plastic. I’ve only had one bristle loosen and nothing since. The jury is out regarding the toothpaste tablets. Whitening is important to me and we’ll see how it does with more use.

I LOVE my Boar's hair bristles on my new electric toothbrush with 1 concern; it overheats, and am concerned about fire, leaving it plugged in. Should I only intermittently charge it??? Thankyou!
