Filter claims not supported by lab : regarding shower head, their website says: "Removes chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals & microplastics". I emailed them asking for 3rd party lab report to confirm their claims- they could only provide a chlorine report, and have stopped responding to my requests to confirm their other claims with lab data.
Response from PRIMALSOct 18, 2026
We understand your concerns about wanting third-party lab reports to support our showerhead filtration claims, and we appreciate you raising this with us. We value transparency and take customer questions seriously. Please reach out to our Customer Service team again so we can take a closer look at your concerns and help address them. Our team is available 24/7 and would appreciate the opportunity to assist you further.
