Love These Products!
All the products, from the tooth tablets to the shower gel and shampoo, conditioner have been truly amazing! Though, it would be great if the tooth tablets, which currently come in small glass jars, were also available in bulk or refill packs so we could reuse our existing jars and reduce packaging waste.. All in all, incredibly wonderful products! 🌿💚

Your kind words mean so much to us! We’re delighted that you’re enjoying our toothpaste tablets, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. We also appreciate your suggestion for bulk or refill packs to help reduce packaging waste, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team. Thank you for supporting PRIMALS and our mission!

Terrible
I made a purchase here, and the website stated that shipping was free on all orders over $100. I also qualified for free gifts because my order exceeded a certain amount. Everything sounded amazing until I found out that my package had been held up by customs, and I now have to pay additional import charges for every single gift I received for free! Customs is charging me 407 SEK on top of the 1,177 SEK I had already paid for my order! To make matters even worse, apparently I can't even return the items and get my money back. Absolutely terrible experience! This is the last time I'll ever shop here!
Response from PRIMALSOct 16, 2026
We understand how frustrating it must be to face unexpected customs charges, especially when your order includes free gifts. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, international orders outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local governments. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund. We’d appreciate the opportunity to help with your concerns, so please reach out to our Customer Service team, available 24/7, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

I am loving my new Primal toothbrush
I am loving my new Primal toothbrush! Usually I buy extra soft toothbrushes so I was concerned as to how soft the bristles would be. The instructions indicated for softer bristles run under warm water and massage bristles back and forth. It worked great…the bristles are soft enough to massage my gums while brushing and my teeth felt extra clean. And…the toothbrush has a flat bottom so it stands up! Great product!
Response from PRIMALSOct 13, 2026
Your feedback made our day! We’re delighted that the warm-water tip helped soften the bristles to your liking and that you’re enjoying the clean feeling and convenient stand-up design. Thank you for giving PRIMALS a try and sharing your experience!

Electric toothbrush works great
Electric toothbrush works great. Like low EMF's and bamboo borehair brush with no plastics. Would recommend.

Good products, high prices
Good quality products (tried the brushes, electric brush and undies), fast delivery, good experience overall. You have to stack the discounts to make it worth it though (bulk order), as it's all every expensive.
Response from PRIMALSOct 13, 2026
We appreciate your honest feedback! It’s great to hear you’ve been happy with the quality of our brushes, electric toothbrush, and underwear, along with the delivery experience. We also value your thoughts on pricing and discounts as we continue working to bring more value to our customers.

Obsessed!
I am obsessed with the Primals electric toothbrush! As an “older” woman with gum recession, the exposed root surface is more yellow. My dentist has told me there is nothing that can be done, but since using this toothbrush, there has been a definite whitening improvement! I also had a subscription issue but they responded promptly and offered resolution that I was more than satisfied with. A very trustworthy company!
Response from PRIMALSOct 13, 2026
Your trust means so much to us! We’re delighted that you’re loving your PRIMALS electric toothbrush and that our team was able to resolve your subscription concern promptly. Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of the PRIMALS community!
