Filter claims not supported by lab : regarding shower head, their website says: "Removes chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals & microplastics". I emailed them asking for 3rd party lab report to confirm their claims- they could only provide a chlorine report, and have stopped responding to my requests to confirm their other claims with lab data.

I placed an order through their website
I placed an order through their website, and I acknowledge that it was my responsibility to read the shipping conditions beforehand. However, I was shocked by how high the import fees turned out to be. What I find even more unacceptable is their policy stating that if a package is returned because the import fees haven't been paid, the customer receives no refund at all. I find this extremely unfair and unreasonable.
