While they do have an upsell (doesn't everyone) their basic program is really great. And I found their program to be helpful to get my nervous system back on track after dealing with a bout of pain that made it so I couldn't relax. I was skeptical at first, and confused about the upsell as it was long and confusing video. But I didn't really need the extra classes or one on one support. Bottom line I recommend, and don't worry about the upsell if you don't want it you will have everything to see you through. If you want more one-on-one attention their upsell is actually a really great value.

30 day money-back guarantee is a JOKE.
I tried the first step two times, with no result. Maybe I would have received benefits if I had continued, but sitting and humming while holding my hands on my chest and stomach is not for me.
I asked for a refund, but was told I didn't meet the requirements. I have to finish and document 20% of the program before asking for a refund. I couldn't believe I had missed this requirement and went back to the site to check for it.
On the first page (in large and bold print) it reads: 30-day money-back guarantee if it doesn’t help you feel a shift. After the "Start Now" box and past customer reviews the ninth item reads: 💛 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We believe in the power of Vagus nerve retraining, and we want you to feel the same. If it doesn't work for you, simply email us within 30 days for a full refund. For full details, see our Refund Policy in the Terms & Conditions. I had hit the "Start Now" box above all of this, and did not see this.
The next page after hitting "Start Now" had a box for my info, payment info, etc. The bottom of the box Reads: "Due Now" and a box to "Tap to Continue". I tapped to continue, not seeing :"💸 30-day money-back promise
If you don’t experience a meaningful shift, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, subject to our refund eligibility criteria. We’re here to support you every step of the way." This was six paragraphs below the box that I had checked.
Back on the first page I find a place to open "Refund Policy in the Terms & Conditions" Three testimonials and 9 items after the the "Start Now" box that I checked.
The refund policy is on page 6 of 18.
If ever I saw a blatant attempt to not make refunds, this is it. Forcing me to do something I do not want to do in order to get a refund, and burying that requirement as described above is not good business. Purchase from this company with extreme care and read all the fine print. The large bold letters are overturned by the hidden fine print.

After posting the original review, I was contacted by Neurotoned via email. They have been very polite and did refund my money. I do still think that refund policy should be much more prominent, where any commom used would see it before buying.

I’m really enjoying this program

To be honest at first I was not…
To be honest at first I was not impressed with how slow the website was and not super user friendly. But just in a few months it has improved quite a bit. The new platform asks how you’re currently doing and then suggests relevant videos to address those issues. I love that they draw from lots of experts instead of just one person trying to pretend they know everything.

Difficulties with a sign up
Difficulties with a sign up. Slightly misleading information. Slow customer service response. App doesn’t work with subscription. Overall experience has been disappointing.
Despite a poor initial experience, the customer service team reached out and sorted this. Sadly, I am still not impressed by the cost of the product and what it does.

If only courses were in Canadian $.
It’s way too expensive for seniors though

Very supportive, varied, knowledgable tools to help support the nervous system
There is a great variety of information which is presented in different ways - so it is easy to find the way that resonates. The practices are very gentle and allow and encourage everyone to work at their own pace, which is very settling for the nervous system. There are many different approaches and different teachers in the programme, so it is easy to find the one that resonates.
I have found customer care to be very helpful and supportive. There is a lot of information available and it can be confusing until it becomes familiar - but the support team are available to help with that.
The thing that nearly stopped me engaging was the initial upselling - which I don't like - but I am very glad I went ahead and have not found that on ongoing concern.
