Some good tools, but poor customer service
This program has a lot of resources, but unfortunately there isn't much assistance or accessibility. While it's a great toolbox of different regulating techniques, some videos cover multiple techniques and the notes don't always describe them completely. I am pretty saavy around what triggers me, and will avoid serious triggers if warned, but I still had an issue that was made worse because one of the videos just calls it a "meditation" when that specific meditation is known to cause disassociation. I mentioned this to the team and nothing has been done to include even a description of the technique in the notes so that people could self-select to pause the video before that segment or skip it if they struggle with disassociation. Since upgrading their platform, none of the videos have subtitles making the platform completely inaccessible for me and anyone else that needs subtitles. I normally wouldn't include this stuff but the platform has emailed me several robomessages asking me to leave a review, so, here you are.
