Making the practices manageable in a busy day was an important part of the design, so we're glad the shorter exercises give you the flexibility to fit them in when you can. Pat, I think “Moving Forward with Grace & Ease” is the perfect title for this one. You’ve captured something we care deeply about: that sometimes the most useful thing you can do is start smaller. Ten minutes. One practice that feels good enough to come back to. No race to finish a programme, no pressure to push through when your body is asking for something gentler. And the detail about finding a practice on your very first session and then returning to it throughout the day really stayed with me. That is exactly what we hope these tools become — something you can actually reach for in the middle of real life, rather than something that only exists while you’re sitting in front of a programme. I’m also so glad you told us what your first five days have looked like. Going from sleeping for less than two hours at a time to three and a half is a meaningful change, and I can imagine how encouraging that must have felt. And yes — Pat, not George! 😂 We’ll make sure we remember who wrote this beautiful review. Keep going at the pace that feels right for you. There’s absolutely no need to rush this. 🤍

There’s something particularly lovely about this review, Jessica, because you haven’t really talked about the programme itself — you’ve talked about the people you met along the way. That distinction matters. Anyone can build a library of videos and practices. Creating an experience where someone feels comfortable saying, “I have a question,” “I’m struggling with this,” or “I’m not sure I understand,” and knows they’ll be met with patience rather than a scripted answer is a very different thing. And honestly, I think “personal and reassuring” is a wonderful description of what we want Neurotoned to feel like when you need us. Claire, “a way back home” is a phrase we’re going to remember. ❤️ There’s something really moving in what you wrote about no longer feeling like you have to fight against your body, but instead learning how to work with it. That change in relationship can mean so much more than simply learning another technique or completing another programme. And I love that you mentioned practising at your own pace. There’s no prize for rushing through this work. Being able to slow down, come back to something, and spend time with what actually feels useful is part of making these practices your own. Barbara, this is such a lovely review to read — especially knowing you’re only a sixth of the way through and are already noticing changes for yourself. I’m so glad the ability to go back to the sessions that are helping you has been useful. And I have to say, hearing that the freeform drawing has been a revelation made me smile. It’s wonderful when something unexpected within a programme turns out to be the thing that really connects with you. I also really appreciate what you said about the presenters and the way the sections are structured.
