I signed up for the 30 day program and also the one year program at the same time. The next day I decided I didn't think the 1 year program was what I thought it was so I asked for a refund. They told me no they didn't give refunds. I filed a dispute with my bank. They eventually told me they would make a exception if I sent them proof that I canceled the dispute with my bank. I did and they still refuse to refund the 90.00. I thought the 30 day program was useful but when it came to using it a full year I thought it was repedetive lessons and any coaching you needed to pay extra for. That was not my understanding when I signed up

Hi Kimberlie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that there was confusion around the one-year program and that your experience with the refund process has been frustrating.
Our colleagues have already reached out to you by email and are working with you directly to resolve the situation and discuss your refund. We appreciate your patience while we work toward a resolution.
We’re also glad to hear that you found the 30-day program useful, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective on the longer-term program. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify where we can make our program information and customer experience clearer.

Very standard nervous calming…
Very standard nervous calming techniques that you can find for free on youtube. Then they spam you with "add-ons" every day (like that is good for your nervous system).

Hi Matt,
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the program and communication didn’t meet your expectations.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to find a better solution for you. If you share the email address associated with your account, or reach out to us at [email protected], our team can look into your account and discuss a program exchange or another option that may be a better fit for you.
We also want to clarify that our additional offers are completely optional. The one-time purchases are standalone programs and do not require any add-ons to be completed or used.
Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you’ll reach out so we can find a solution that works better for you.
With care,
The Neurotoned Team

30 day money-back guarantee is a JOKE.
I tried the first step two times, with no result. Maybe I would have received benefits if I had continued, but sitting and humming while holding my hands on my chest and stomach is not for me.
I asked for a refund, but was told I didn't meet the requirements. I have to finish and document 20% of the program before asking for a refund. I couldn't believe I had missed this requirement and went back to the site to check for it.
On the first page (in large and bold print) it reads: 30-day money-back guarantee if it doesn’t help you feel a shift. After the "Start Now" box and past customer reviews the ninth item reads: 💛 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We believe in the power of Vagus nerve retraining, and we want you to feel the same. If it doesn't work for you, simply email us within 30 days for a full refund. For full details, see our Refund Policy in the Terms & Conditions. I had hit the "Start Now" box above all of this, and did not see this.
The next page after hitting "Start Now" had a box for my info, payment info, etc. The bottom of the box Reads: "Due Now" and a box to "Tap to Continue". I tapped to continue, not seeing :"💸 30-day money-back promise
If you don’t experience a meaningful shift, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, subject to our refund eligibility criteria. We’re here to support you every step of the way." This was six paragraphs below the box that I had checked.
Back on the first page I find a place to open "Refund Policy in the Terms & Conditions" Three testimonials and 9 items after the the "Start Now" box that I checked.
The refund policy is on page 6 of 18.
If ever I saw a blatant attempt to not make refunds, this is it. Forcing me to do something I do not want to do in order to get a refund, and burying that requirement as described above is not good business. Purchase from this company with extreme care and read all the fine print. The large bold letters are overturned by the hidden fine print.

After posting the original review, I was contacted by Neurotoned via email. They have been very polite and did refund my money. I do still think that refund policy should be much more prominent, where any commom used would see it before buying.

Hi James,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience with Neurotoned left you feeling frustrated.
Our team has reached out to you directly and has now issued your refund in full. We hope this helps resolve the situation and appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
We also want to clarify that our Terms and Conditions, including our refund eligibility criteria, are available on our website. Our program messaging does not state that refunds are provided without any conditions. The 30-day guarantee is presented as an opportunity to try the program and, if it does not feel like the right fit after giving it a genuine try, request a refund. The 20% completion requirement is what we consider the minimum amount needed to try the program before requesting a refund.
That said, we understand your feedback regarding how clearly these conditions were communicated, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
With care,
The Neurotoned Team

Annoying marketing put me off.
I was at a low point when an ad for Neurotoned spoke to me and so I bought the basic offer at 29 USD. AND then I was bombarded with emails, some with interesting headlines but wanting more money at the bottom.
How repulsive! I’m stressed out - i don’t want more emails and I don’t want to read long winded ones that end up being ads for further expensive elements.
This put me off even looking at my purchase. Each video and article / email seem all dumbed down and slow, repetitive. Not very informative, and the emails read like those long winded click bait articles that you wonder why you ever wasted five minutes reading.
I was unaware of the 30 day money back guarantee until looking at Trustpilot reviews. And here we are, a few days past thirty days.
I have read a few of Neurotone’s responses to negative reviews. Please don’t send me five paragraphs of excuses. I would like a refund though. You will see I haven’t used any of the steps.
I don’t care to even start the basic program I purchased because of your annoying marketing. If I had known, I’d have never signed up.
Edit : they move up a rank for having promptly refunded me on July 27.

When will someone actually finally get it
I was excited when I read the information about this service.
It sounded like someone finally innerstood the nervous system, how it works, and how they could actually help.
I clicked purchase.
I opened up the programme and was met with "how I could spend more money on the next part of their system"
🤮🤮🤮
I never got past this part.
I haven't bothered to go back.
Money wasted.
That really pisses me off.
Because there may have actually been something that I could have received from this that would have helped.
But the constant push for me to spend money on the next thing is beyond gross.
My nervous system doesn't need this.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
Reading your comments, it sounds like what frustrated you most wasn't necessarily the program itself, but that before you even had a chance to properly explore it, you felt like you were being asked to buy something else.
I can understand why that would leave a bad first impression.
The additional programs and offers inside Neurotoned are optional, and they're never required to access the program you've already purchased. That said, first impressions matter, and it's clear that your initial experience left you feeling discouraged rather than supported.
When you reached out to us, we did ask for some additional information so we could better understand exactly what you were seeing and investigate further. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get enough information to fully determine what had happened in your case.
I also noticed something in your review that stuck with me. Despite how frustrated you felt, you mentioned that there may have been something in the program that could have helped you. That's genuinely disappointing to read, because helping people feel supported is the entire reason Neurotoned exists.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. Feedback like this gives us an opportunity to look carefully at how new members experience the platform and where we can do better. We would still love to continue to assist you if you would give us a chance and leave more information for us at our request or email us, whichever works best for you.

Very basic app, very little content
The app is extremely basic with only a couple of 10 minute recordings per week and not the advertised 'course' at all.
Have contacted them several times for a refund but no reply so will now be going through my credit card retailer to reject the payment.
It's not a lot of money, but far too much for the tiny amount of content.

Our support team has been actively working through a high volume of messages, but we do want you to know that we are here and ready to help resolve this with you. We have been responding to refund requests and would be more than happy to review your case and assist you as quickly as possible.
If you’re still open to it, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with the email used for your purchase so we can locate your account and process your request right away.
Our goal is always to resolve situations like this fairly and directly, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to help you with this.

App is NOT intuitive to use, difficult to get help
The app is not intuitive to use, and finding a way to get answers wasn’t easy so I stopped using it after a week.

I really relate to their written words
I really relate to their written words. When I purchased the meditations I felt they were kind of short and almost too fast. It was not enough time to immerse into the experience. I felt let down. It didn’t really hit the spot.
- I only did the first meditation
Response from NeurotonedFeb 13, 2026
Hi Satya, thank you for being honest about your experience. Meditation pace can feel very personal, and we understand that shorter formats don’t always allow full immersion for everyone. If you decide to explore further sessions, some go deeper and longer but either way, your feedback is genuinely valuable to us and we thank you.
