Stop Drinking ExpertReviews of stopdrinkingexpert.com

I’ve purchased several of Craig Beck’s books and programs and have found his work thoughtful, practical and genuinely helpful. I especially enjoy his guided meditations and the way he presents ideas around mindset, habits, forgiveness and personal change. Some of his teachings have stayed with me enough that I’ve even found myself applying them in the way I teach and communicate with my own students. I appreciate the work Craig puts out and the positive impact it has had on me.

Craig Beck presents his excellent material to help problem drinkers get sober with fantastic communication skills.

This course is helping me to realise I’m not giving anything up. I am gaining so much more in my life from no alcohol. I am very hopeful for the future and excited by the change not scared of it. Thanks Craig. I could listen to your voice all day. I am complimenting this course with reading books too. This Naked Mind by Annie Grace is very good so far

Craig is convincing me that quitting alcohol has nothing to do with willpower. Rather, quittimg finally starts you in a good direction to improve your health. relationships and general happiness. Later, I expect he will go on to sell refrigerators to Eskimos. I am impressed.

ive quit with this program. It made sense. Compared to many other options on the market it is just the most common sense aproache to deal with drinking problems. Ive ordered the customised hypnosis too. Great experience. Thx Craig

I am now exactly a year alcohol free, and need to give credit to Craig's book, and his online course. I read the book twice, and went through the entire course 1x and it really helped reframe my views on alcohol. I'm going to go back through his online course, because like everything in life, we need to be reminded of why we do something. I've noticed I'm starting to take for granted waking up feeling refreshed every morning, and that it's due to living a healthier alcohol free life. I also found the online forums he's set up on Facebook to be good outlets for support, especially in the first few months. I'd highly recommend this approach to anyone who wants to become and stay alcohol free.

I like the idea to substitute any alcohol beverage for water or seltzer water. Personally, I have done it with seltzer water and l just feel the sensation of quenching my thirst afterwards. It really works.

This is the best investment in my time and energy I have ever made. Craig’s no-nonsense approach makes so much sense and is jam-packed with eye-opening information. I now feel armed with everything I need to live the life I want and am doing so because of this course. Thank you, Craig. You are changing lives!
