Neurotoned is designed to help regulate the nervous system, but I understand that conditions like ME/CFS are complex and that individual experiences with the program can vary. While some participants have found relief with consistent practice, I completely understand that it may not have provided the results you were hoping for. The program is often most effective when completed in full, as the techniques build on each other. Many participants also find that the tools become more beneficial when incorporated into their daily routine over time. Healing is not always immediate, but these practices are designed to gently support the nervous system in the long run.
