It’s so hard to put into words. The ability to have confidence from your gentle methods a little at a time. Knowing that it was a combination of practicing what her body could tolerate and even hearing that was so helpful. The value you bring to healing cannot be overstated. I signed up for the 30 day program and also the one year program at the same time. The next day I decided I didn't think the 1 year program was what I thought it was so I asked for a refund. They told me no they didn't give refunds. I filed a dispute with my bank. They eventually told me they would make a exception if I sent them proof that I canceled the dispute with my bank. I did and they still refuse to refund the 90.00. I thought the 30 day program was useful but when it came to using it a full year I thought it was repedetive lessons and any coaching you needed to pay extra for. That was not my understanding when I signed up

{Please see EDITED update below original review!} Please be aware! NEUROTONED falsely advertises that you can cancel your membership in the 1st 30 days if unsatisfied. This platform does not operate as an app as it requires an active internet browser to be open at all times and no other apps or settings can operate while it is in use. If I get a text or phone call it shuts down. When my cell phone settings turn off the screen, the talk quits. I find the whole platform and setup difficult to navigate, it is not easy to backtrack or pick up back where you left off and it is always trying to ask me ratings and shit. I am chronically ill with Lyme Disease and do not need to be overwhelmed more with tiny print or pop ups for ratings. This is not working for me and I requested a refund 15 days in and they have denied what their advertising says is an option. Make sure you know they don't honor their word. EDITING my review TO INCLUDE the 1st RESPONSE from NEUROTONED since their reply says they honor their word. Please read what they said. To be clear, they didn't honor their word until I left a NEGATIVE REVIEW and showed them their marketing and messaging that states you get a refund in the 1st 30 Days and it DOES NOT State you have to do the 1st 7 days consecutively to qualify. I did the 1st 6 days and then was in treatment all day on the 7th day and there is no way I could have, even if I had known this was "the rules", which I did not. It took this dialogue through 3 emails to get a refund. Getting caught and proving the lies is not keeping your word. Writing a reply acting as if you did the right thing only is making yourself dig a deeper hole. This is a great practice, well structured and easy to follow. The sessions are short enough to fit in, but detailed enough to enable you to continue with the practice alone if you choose. Thanks

This is not a good fit and it’s not what I thought it would be. I have asked a few times for my money back because it was said that if you are unhappy for any reason, you can get your money back and I have not heard back from anyone. I am a little disappointed. I’ve gotten more out of free seminars. This is just not for me.

The exercises are good and I have found them helpful but there are some serious problems with this company. First of all you can only access the site through a link. If you set up a password on the app, it doesn't let you in. You sign up for what is advertised as a four week course but when you access it, you find only 4 videos which you can watch in 4 days. They say the idea is that you can work at your own pace but you can't help feeling a bit cheated. They mean you to do one video for a week and then move on but this isn't clear. After I check in it sends me to a course I haven't booked and I have to close that pop up and go to the course I am on. All of which is annoying. This is all a shame because it spoils what seems to be quite good material. The price is reasonable for a four week course but it isn't really a four week course. I hope they sort out these problems because otherwise it would be quite a valuable resource. I am reluctant to sign up for any more courses. I am on my second one but I am not sure at all that I will sign up for a third unless the problems are sorted out fairly quickly.
