While our GhostBed Twin mattress is crafted to standard industry dimensions (38" x 75" x 11"), the extra height can sometimes make standard sheets feel tight. We recommend trying deep-pocket Twin sheets to accommodate the profile, or using sheet straps with a Twin XL for a snug fit.
