What makes a great business stand out
What makes a great business stand out from others? How you solve a problem. My wife purchased me a massage cuair for my birthday. It wasnt a cheap chair and i was excited for its arrival. Once it arrived and was installed, the white glove service turned the power on and said its good to go. I was in the middle of work snd just signed off. CHECK EVERYTHING. When i went to use it they didnt hook up part of the chair and also the voice control was broken. I was told id I’d have to file a warranty claim. I was upset with this being a very expensive chair that showed up broken and now having to deal with this crap. After a little frustration via email i decided i didnt want this chair anymore. Junior, the main gentleman at the store took charge. He said he would gladly take the chair back but the only thing he asked was if i bought another he asked for the opportunity to compete. I went to a local place and tried out several models. I settled on a more expensive Japanese manufactured brand. Junior beat the best price of the local store by $1000 without me ever telling him what their offer was. Lastly, his follow up on getting the old chair removed and the new one delivered was exceptional. I didnt have to do a thing. He literally texted me each time there was an update or to see if i was contacted by the companies. It was Ritz-Carlton level service. Its so nice to see someone who still has pride in taking care of the customer. If you’re thinking about buying a massage chair, this is your place to get one.
