Liviu, Good day. I received this feedback from you on TRUST PILOT - After les than 2 years the mattress start sinking in the place where you sleep and losing the original shape. For the price I paid, I didn`t expected that. So I am disappointed with this product ! Your order is from 1/25/2021 - we are at about 5 years. We can help. Sorry for the trouble. For a defect/warranty issue in Canada, timing matters: within 1 year claims may allow factory recovery; after 1 year credit may be possible. For processing, provide photos of the law tags front & back. Also include required measurement photos showing the full height/size; a ±1-inch variance is allowed. Dennis Manning, Director
