Our records show that a chargeback was initiated with your credit card company on June 19, which was one day before your very first contact with our support team on June 20. When you reached out regarding the quantity mix-up, I personally stepped in on June 24 under ticket #1461670. I immediately waived all standard restocking fees, offered to refund everything you returned, and provided the return labels you requested to resolve this for you.We always want to ensure our products measure up to our exact specifications. Because the claim moved immediately to a financial dispute before we could receive your photos or evaluate the items, we were unable to process a standard troubleshooting exchange or warranty check for you.
