Daniel made the purchase and delivery of the V9 very easy. The Ceragem V9 is still in it’s box and strapped to the pallet in my warehouse. I am still very happy with my Ceragem massage bed that Dr. Pinkhasova MD NMD recommended that I purchase from Dr. Gary a few years ago. I have used Dr. Pinkhasova’s V9 and I am very impressed. I am a long time Daiwa owner believing whole heartedly that Daiwa is the stand alone quality brand in massage chairs. The sales person on my last Daiwa purchase (a couple weeks ago) was hands down the best. He reinstalled my faith in Daiwa and did a fantastic job taking care of both past and present concerns.
