Recently I placed an order at X-Sense, but composition of the products on my order was wrong due to my mistake. When I realized that I made an error, I contacted customer support by email explaining my situation. Customer service representative, Gigi, very expeditiously cancelled my order and issued a refund, so I was able to place new correct order same day.

Order a smoke detector directly from x-sense, however it did not function when received. Their customer service team, specifically Cora, is highly responsive, professional and curtious. Cora replaced the unit right away to resolve my issue promptly.

Ich habe mehrere vernetzte Produkte von X-Sense im Haushalt im Einsatz: 4 Luftfeuchtigkeits – und Temperatursensor STH51 6 Wassermelder SWS51 6 Rauchmelder XS01-M Alles läuft zuverlässig und ich habe seit Jahren noch nie die Batterien wechseln müssen. Als Techie kann ich die schnellen Rückmeldungen des Kundendienst auf spezifische Anfragen zur App wirklich loben. Gegebenenfalls werden Features auch kurzfristig in die App implementiert. Lediglich die Aktualisierung der Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur für die Alexa-Integration könnte verbessert werden. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit, individuelle Schwellwerte für jeden einzelnen Sensor festlegen zu können. Fazit: Insgesamt sehr positive Erfahrung im Vergleich zu Systemen wie Tuya oder ewelink.

Ich hatte mit einer falschen Lieferadresse bestellt, nach der Bestellbestätigung habe ich sofort eine Email an X-sense geschickt mit der Bitte um Stornierung der Bestellung.
