**Sehr guter und fachlicher Kundenservice** Ich hatte Rückfragen zu meinen Rauchmeldern, unter anderem zum Herstellungs-/Austauschdatum und zu Angaben in der Anleitung. Der Support hat schnell, freundlich und überraschend fachlich geantwortet. Besonders Alex hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, meine Punkte sauber zu erklären und sogar an das Produktteam weiterzugeben. Auch die vereinbarte Erstattung wurde unkompliziert veranlasst. So wünscht man sich Kundenservice.

X-sense company is not that well known but the products seems to be good. I bought water leak sensors and base station. There was problem in configuring and installing base station. I found contacting support very easy and the communication with the support was very precise and prompt. Issue was resolved very quickly to my full satisfaction. I am really pleased and I have decided to buy the full range of fire and smoke alarms.

Je suis particulièrement satisfait des services d'x-sense qui me permettent de visualiser instantanément mes 10 thermomètres. Ce n'était pas facile vu la configuration de ma maison et son réseau Interne problématique. Mais c'est bon ça marche. Mise à jour des températures en quelques secondes.

Customer Service at X-Sense was exceptional. They were quick, responsive, helpful, and did not waste my time. In fact, they gave me time. I bought a bunch of smoke detectors for a condominium common area project, and it had to be put on hold because we were having difficulties getting approval for this project from the trustees. X-Sense customer service graciously allowed us to extend our return period to 90 days rather than the standard 30 to give us time to figure this all out. During this time we found out that the town required hardwired installation for common areas, and so we had to return them. We really appreciate X-Sense working with us and extending the return period to make this possible. We will definitely come back and buy from X-Sense in the future. Thank you and Great job!
