X-SenseReviews of x-sense.com

I've only had the SC07-MRs about 2 weeks. No issues to report on the product itself. My only issue, and why I only gave this purchase 3 stars, is that I bought these in June 2026. They are to last 10 years. But the date of manufacture, which is what is used to determine the 10 year life, is June 2025 on all 8 items. I ordered these directly from the manufacturer's website. So effectively they sold me a 9 year product. Not happy about that. They should know when they manufactured the product and sell what they advertise.

Ordered X-Sense camera from the German website. They telephoned to say only available with US plug. That was OK for me. It took 25 days to be delivered from China (so the EU web site is rather misleading in that respect and should be more transparent). I was required to pay a customs tariff (in Spain) plus 21% VAT on the tariff. Total of 7.69 Euro so be aware of this additional cost which I assume will vary according to the destination country.
