★★★★★ Exceptional Service and Beautiful Curtains. Thank You, Ashley! My experience with Curtarra, and particularly with Ashley, was exceptional. Over several months, Ashley guided me through every aspect of selecting custom curtains for my master bedroom, from fabric and color to measurements, pleating and installation details. Her patience, knowledge and attention to detail were extraordinary. What impressed me most was that Ashley genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions, not simply making a sale. She even steered me away from a fabric color with subtle pink undertones that would not have worked in my room. Her advice was thoughtful, knowledgeable and always focused on achieving the best result. The finished curtains are absolutely beautiful. The fabric, color and workmanship exceeded my expectations. The pleats are elegant, the curtains arrived with the necessary hooks, and the measurements were astonishingly precise - the panels fall perfectly to the floor. Anyone who has undertaken a home decorating project knows how easily things can go wrong, especially when ordering custom furnishings online. Thanks largely to Ashley, everything came together beautifully. I genuinely couldn’t have accomplished this without her help, and I’m planning to order curtains for my guest bedroom. Five stars for Curtarra, and especially for Ashley. They are fortunate to have her!

I loved the quality of the roman blinds I ordered and the measuring and install was pretty straightforward.

I genuinely cannot believe the experience I’ve had with Curtarra. What should have been a simple customer service issue has turned into one of the most insulting and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered a custom window blind from Curtarra and received a product with staining. Naturally, I contacted customer service expecting the company to stand behind its products and offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I received an incredibly lengthy email outlining SIX different reasons the company suspected I was being dishonest, ultimately suggesting that I may have intentionally damaged its products to obtain compensation. Yes, you read that correctly. I reported receiving a stained product, and Curtarra responded by questioning my integrity and suggesting potential fraud. Apparently, being a repeat customer and having responsibilities outside of responding to customer service emails is enough to make you suspicious in their eyes. They also claimed that because their inspection photographs didn’t show the stains before shipment, my complaint was questionable. Since when does a pre-shipment photograph guarantee that a product arrives in perfect condition? What bothers me most is that instead of putting this much effort into resolving the issue, Curtarra spent its time building a six-point argument against me and ultimately refused further compensation. Imagine spending your hard-earned money with a company, receiving a stained product, and then being treated like a criminal for bringing it to their attention. I have since opened a dispute with my financial institution because I refuse to accept this treatment. I will NEVER purchase from Curtarra again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice. Beautiful marketing and attractive products mean very little when a company refuses to stand behind its merchandise and treats customers this way. I have the email correspondence documenting this entire experience, including their accusations. Buyer beware. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t assume Curtarra will make it right. Based on my experience, you may find yourself defending your character instead of receiving customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. ESPECIALLY WHEN I ALSO PURCHASED SHIPPING INSURANCE. They refused to HELP. That should be ILLEGAL.

After a long search for the right curtains, I’m so happy I found Curtarra! The material is substantial and beautiful, the color works wonderfully in my home, and the lining is lovely. They truly block out the sunlight. The custom sizing was especially important to me, and my 98-inch panels fit perfectly—they just touch the floor, exactly as I hoped. They also ironed beautifully and hang in lovely folds. A special thank-you to Jelly, who patiently answered my many questions and helped me with my order. I really appreciated the personal attention. These curtains were worth the search, and I’m delighted with the result!

The order arrived earlier than scheduled which was great. The drape dimensions were exactly as ordered. The quality of the drape appears to be really good and the color also looks good. Very satisfied with this product as I was with previous purchases. Thank you for a great job.

I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Curtarra. I needed to purchase 6 custom sized roman shades for my home and I was hesitant about spending so much money on the product. Every time I reached out to customer service for help, they were urgent in their response and were so incredibly helpful. The instructions on how to measure were also "idiot proof" :) When they arrived, I was more than pleased with the product, they are well made and the fabric is beautiful quality. Being able to order multiple samples was helpful as well! If you're on the fence about ordering from here, just do it. I have zero regrets!

I’ve not received any updates on my order status except for these satisfaction emails. It’s been weeks and my order is still in the beginning stages.

I ordered samples ~2 weeks ago and still have not received or been told an ETA.
