The technical support team at X-Sense walked me through, step by step, diagnosing a connection problem I was having with my leak detection system. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and made the process easy to follow. Thanks to their guidance I was able to identify and resolve the issue.

Extrem leichte und logische Einbindung der Geräte (Thermo/Hygrometer, Rauchmelder, Wassermelder). Ein defektes Gerät wurde nach kurzer Diskussion umstandslos und schnell ausgetauscht. Danke an Kris vom Kundenservice!

Problem Solved! Great customer service!
I had an issue with 3 detectors. After the company determined the detectors were defective, they immediately resolved the issue. Will definitely be buying more detectors for my rentals in the future. Great customer service and products!
