Fast and Efficient Customer Service !
I had an issue with my carbon monoxide detector and reached out to customer service on August 31st. A special mention to Ling, who handled my request with incredible professionalism and efficiency. By September 4th, I had already received my replacement device. Exceptional responsiveness and top-notch service !

5 star customer service to boot
I made a purchase on amazon and when I got a report from my letting agent that the smoke detector had stopped working after 11 months, I wasn't sure how far I was going to get contacting the company directly. Every email however was answered swiftly and with lots of detail to help me and my tenants ensure that the smoke detector had been installed and tested correctly and ensure we still had every confidence in the product which was indeed still fully functional. Excellent product, fantastic customer service, highly recommend!

Prise en charge produit défectueux
Après un achat en Mai 2025 de deux détecteurs de fumée a l' entreprise X-Sense, plus d'un an après, un de ceux ci a dysfonctionné. Suite à un courriel de ma part pour signifié l' incident, X-Sense a pris en charge immédiatement cette réclamation, et a pris en charge un remplacement sans délai et sous SAV. Très réactif, commercial, et d' un excellent suivi clientèle ! Juste parfait de nos jours.

Toller Service. Ein Melder hatte einen Defekt. Dieser wurde anstandslos ausgetauscht und es gab ein sehr gute Beratung von Ling. Sehr zu empfehlen.
