Very pleased with the X-Sense systems and accessories I recently purchased. The products seem to be well made, they are easy to install, the app works very well and integrates with Home Assistant seamlessly. My testing indicates that the alarm components do work as advertised. Technical support is prompt and comprehensive. The expanding range of accessories appear to offer a degree of future proofing too.

Ich habe mein ganzes Haus mit Rauchmeldern ausgestattet. Ein Rauchmelder hat Probleme gemacht, was immer mal passieren kann. Der Kundenservice hat mir innerhalb weniger Stunden geantwortet und nach 2 E Mails hatte ich die Lösung des Problems. Kein diskutieren, kein Streiten. Das bestätigt mich in meinem Kauf. Absolut top Kundenservice mit auch tollen Produkten.

Really grateful to have discovered X-Sense. Im deaf and cannot hear traditional high pitch smoke alarms, which has always been a huge concern if im in the house alone. We therefore decided to upgrade to X-Sense due to the app and phone notifications. We purchased three smoke alarms, a heat alarm and a CO2 alarm, along with the base hub. They are all inter-connected and can be managed from one app account. If any alarm goes off, we receive a notification on our phone, and can silence the alarm from our phones too. As an additional bonus, the alarms have numerous sounds at different levels, which includes a low pitch vibrating sound that im able to hear from most areas of the house! Its made me feel much safer. We did have an issue with one of the units, but contacted X-Sense directly and they were brilliant, resolving the issue quickly with no hassle. Fantastic products and customer service. Ideal for people with hearing disabilities or anyone wanting extra peace of mind. Would really recommend X-Sense.

Achat via Amazon, installé en France (10 détecteur et une centrale vers internet). Bon produit et excellent SAV. Simple à installer, même la partie interface internet. Fonctionne comme décrit : - plus de 10 détecteurs en réseau, dont l'un à 20m du central , 15m du détecteur le plus proche, installé dans un garage souterrain, sans répétiteur internet (les alarmes se propagent de proche en proche par liaison radio). - alarme générale déclenchée localement, même en cas de panne de courant (plus de WIFI ni de box internet). Cette alarme est répercuté sur les téléphones dès que le courant revient (le temps que la box se réinitialise). - SAV qui répond au questions posées par mail dans la foulée (moins de 2 heures ouvrées) exprimée dans un français parfait. - Alarmes répercutée auprès de plusieurs téléphones portables : procédure de configuration pas immédiate (il faut créer un compte X-Sense par téléphone et non pas enregistrer plusieurs téléphone sur un même compte), mais finalement aisée à suivre. Aucune fausse alarme après 3 mois d'installation des détecteurs. Attention à ne pas faire de fumée, de poussière pulvérulente, de cuisine, ... proche d'un détecteur : il se déclenchera ... et tous les autres aussi. Vraiment rien à proposer en termes d'amélioration du service. Peut être, pour connecter plusieurs téléphones, une procédure écrite dans la boite des détecteurs éviterai de faire appel au support de X-sense.

Einer unserer 12 bestellten Rauchmelder hatte nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Die restlichen laufen einwandfrei und auch die Installation und Vernetzung hatte gut funktioniert. Die Abwicklung der Reklamation bezüglich des einen Gerätes lief per E-Mail schnell und unkompliziert ab. Hier nochmals ein Dankeschön an Gigi.
