They don’t care about human life unless it benefits them and they use AI to deny majority of their claims, including chemo and surgeries.

Back in 2023 this company made me to go to a new plan and I called the sales dept to send me a application in the mail back in 11/22 and never came I called them again in 12/22 and in 1/23 and it came late 1/23 it was mailed and I was told it was approved ,there u-card was sent to an old address 2 times I got it in late 9/23 I call them that they our me $934.19 from 1/23 to 9/23 and they refuse to pay me or add it to my u-card ,in 2024 I couldn't stroll the pages of my AT&T account to pay it with my u-card ,I got late charges 3 times and emailed the CEO (Andrew Witty ) about it over 10 times and I also lost OTC money from my u-card like $41.82 & $ 155..15, and more because I couldn't stroll the pages to pay my AT&T account and this money doesn't roll over to a new month from the last month, again I emailed the CEO about it and he again refuse to pay it back to me and he never reply back I even ask him to speak to me by phone and no reply back . The CEO doesn't care and everyone else in the company doesn't care too !! They are all Crooked and Corrupted !! Im a disabled war vet and the CEO knows that from my emails. Never join this company for your health needs I give this company ZERO Stars ! Mr.J.Bernzweig

Scam company – please avoid! I had a terrible experience with this company. They were quick to take my money, but when I called to request a full refund after 8 days of service with no coverage, they refused to provide a full refund. They claimed I canceled in the middle of the month, so they couldn't issue a full refund for the $283 I paid for health insurance. Instead, they only refunded me $113, leaving me at a loss of $170 for no service. Please take my advice and avoid this insurance provider at all costs!

Customer service is responsive and tries to help, however, when the issue is elevated to supervisor it takes forever to find a solution. OTC products benefit of $53.00 per month shows an issue at checkout. this problem is at their end. Last month, I had to pay $16 and change out of pocket even when I had $9.77 available which was forfeited. This month shows the same problem. No solution as of today despite several calls with customer service.

What Consumers Can Do When UnitedHealth Faces Data Breaches and OTC Orders Are Affected by Walmart Partnership In recent months, UnitedHealth has faced two significant data breaches, and its collaboration with Walmart for over-the-counter (OTC) orders has left many customers frustrated with undelivered items or damaged goods. These developments are understandably concerning for consumers, who rely on their health insurance provider and OTC benefits for security, convenience, and peace of mind. If you find yourself affected by either of these issues, here are some steps you can take to protect your information, ensure resolution, and hold both companies accountable. My Mother is 94 yrs old, and was out of town for the holidays. She did not have enough of one of her pills with her. The PCP sent in an emergency order for 30 pills, which UHC denied because she had refilled this prescription a month ago. The supervisor WOULD NOT approve the order because the 30 pills ordered exceeded her 3 month dosage. I politely asked again if they could just approve 7 pills to get her through the next week and I was again DENIED. Is it better for a 94 yr old to end up in an ER because UHC would not bend a rule, or could they be a company with empathy and good customer service? We ended up paying out of pocket because it was too difficult to get a revised prescription to the pharmacy before the holidays. Shame on UHC for treating a client this way.
