I have been with Unitedhealthcare for 13 or 14 years. Up until now it has been a great experience. Truly. But in today’s atmosphere be it political, economic, your age, business etc. My plan that I have had ‘literally’ has been cut in half for 2026 and is going to get more cuts in 2027. The way it was explained to me last night was, when I brought up the Ucard that Unitedhealthcare offers - which by the way went from over $300 to now $93 that could be applied to over the counter medications to some grocery items to paying utility bills - the way that decrease in benefit was explained to me was - “this us a health insurance company not a grocery store or a utility company”. Except when that is a major benefit a 75 year old person has wound up depending on to. . .get by. ‘That’ is a major benefit. I may have to look elsewhere for my insurance.

Today I ended my medical insurance with UHC. For several days I needed IT help and til this day I haven’t been able to talk to them. One agent told me that IT doesn’t have their own number. I’ve been sick of this insurance for years. #HumanahereIcome #Grateful

Service totally sucks. Our company switched to this company from BlueCross BlueSheild and everyone hates it. They don't cover much of follow up preventative care and some cannot afford their prescriptions anymore and being asked to use a generic. They also give small incentives but take 30-90 days or more to process. I truly hate this insurance. I'm currently looking for another job that does not offer this insurance.

Everything I try to sign in it never opens up to anything but a blank page. Also, when & if I am successful, when I try to order, it just keeps messing up on me & it's really a crappy app. I wish they would hire someone else to do their web page. It's just so upsetting & it never gets fixed. Don't they care about us members? Unbelievable what I have to go through every single month when I want to use my benefits, of which they cut back on majorly as to what I'm allowed to buy. Even though a judge in the court system declared me disabled. So unfair of them. I'm very disappointed in this insurance now.

UHC has moved its customer service operation to the Phillipines. They have not trained the staff and twice I received incorrect information. It is a cost saving move for UHC but a nightmare for its subscribers. If it is an important question I call twice to compare answers and hope that both are not wrong. It is also hard to understand them given the heavy accent so we do spend quite a bit of time repeating or spelling words.

The card will pay for an item one week, and not pay for the same item a week or so later. The item scanner on the app? It will often say an item is covered, you get to the register and card won't pay for it. And vice-versa. If you need to deal with customer service, try not to. They really don't seem to care. Or, quite a few of them just don't seem to know what they are doing.

I thought that back in 2022, UHC used to be amazing. It was top notch. I used to have a quarterly $320 from first line that was great. But now I can’t say the same. Now it’s either $45 or $50 per quarter n now is thru crappy amazon n one time they didn’t send me a magnesium in 2023 n now I’ve ordered the 120 cr AccuVision n they only sent me 30ct, which is completely unacceptable!! I was with them trying to resolve the issue for like 4 hrs n still no one took care of it. So I’m very disappointed n dissatisfied. I’m sorry UHC but you’ll need to improve if you want more customers

They have cut various benefits by $100 then rewards for house calls and other things are not added Over the counter benefits cut$65-70 bucks.Use to love it now I'm looking elsewhere
