Been with United about 6 months and its way better to talk to than Kaiser Permanente. So far so good

The company could be a lot better. But our customer service provider MR. ANDREW helped us on February 6 and did everything he could, even calling our doctors office himself to update our insurance information.

Despite the fact that my healthcare coverage with UnitedHealthcare has been fine for the past three years, I am aware of the problems others are having and believe the stories on UHC using intimidation techniques and poor customer service to override customer complaints. Unless I see some effort on their part to improve their public image by the end of the year, I will drop them for another company.

Overall my experience with United healthcare is average. The executives should consider letting us roll over our over the counter stipend to the next month.If United healthcare wants to help us. I know this is possible because some other insurance companies do it.And if United healthcare can’t do I’m ready to consider another company in this enrollment period.It sounds greed and avarice by the executives to not want to give what they profess to be a give away fully.We are seniors

I been with United for about 8 months now & I have to say I been treated very well especially through virtual live assistance on the UHC app. I also like how UHC partners with Walgreens, Fitbit & Labcorp which makes life easier. I do recommend them & I was a former customer of Aetna.

Good experience with United Healthcare. Their team is always responsive. Prescriptions are a bit complicated but always come through.

As an Insurance Agent for Health and Medicare plans. UHC is what I would recommend to my clients as well as my Family members. Have had a few member services issues, but things worked out. Tiffany was amazing help yesterday. TY Karen Hurd

We are members of the UHC Advantage plan2. My wife’s doctor prescribed Metronidazole topical GEL 0.75% for her. At CVS pharmacy it was charged $122.93, the UHC search shows $96.41 for a retail chain pharmacy. Why is such discrepancy please? I wanted to send an email to UHC however there is not such a choice.
