Run. You better off healing yourself in the bushes before trying to be covered for anything under United Healthcare. The only thing they unite is your monthly payments and there bank account. They don't cover anything. If you have any major health issues, they won't cover anything but their eyes so they don't see you. This insurance is all about benefitting off the consumer and the consumer NOT benefitting off them.

I was with united health care AARP and found I could not afford to be sick on this plan. Now they are being dropped by a large amount of providers because of the way united health operates with too many denials. This only leaves the patient hanging out to dry in a rain storm. Medicare Advantage is only an advantage to the insurance companies. Hopefully the feds will stop in and do something. In the mean time straight medicare with a supplement is the only safe way to go if you are in any type of ailment.

STOP SELLING MY PERSONAL AND MEDICAL INFORMATION. I AM GETTING CALLS FROM 5AM TO 9PM. SEVEN DAYS A WEEK INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!! I HAVEN'T SEEN A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN IN ALMOST TWO YEARS. MY INJURIES ARE PERMANENT BECAUSE OF NONE MEDICAL TREATMENT. STOP SELLING MY INFORMATION. I HAVE CHANGED MY INFORMATION THREE TIMES AND I AM RECEIVE OVER TWO DOZENS CALLS PER DAY. DAY IN AND DAY OUT. UNITED HEALTHCARE IS KILLING ME. NO GLASSES, MEDICAL ALERT DEVICE AND NO DENTAL FOR FIVE YEARS. I owe almost 5k in dental. 2k in chiropractor. Every year, my medical coverage decreases while United profits from my suffering.

Not worth one star! This is a terrible company, definitely not on the patients side.They won't cover anything, just make up a reason why they denied you.,appeals do not help either. Stay away !

not that UHC gives a crap about their crappy reviews. But I absolutely do NOT recommend them. They told me my dental was still covered for another month and yet my dentist now calls me back and says after the appointment its not covered and I have to drop $700!!!!! I am OUTRAGED. f*** usa healthcare. Its pathetic!!!!

My user name and password are correct, every time I try to log in, I get stuck at a loading page with nothing to do. It would load for hours if I let it. I cannot log into the app for some reason only on the website SOMETIMES. It’s irritating I cannot log into my account.
