Colonoscopy, was told by the Gastroenterology dept. They accept United Healthcare, they refuse to pay for any of the Colonoscopy when the bill came. We pay over 10k per year, not including deductible. They won't pay 1 penny.

These DAs could not fix my online account. Repeat errors. Online account useless and could not access. Was thrown around the entire company with no resolution. Contacted no less than 90 people. Still nothing. No solution.

I enrolled in United Health Care Advantage plan this year beginning 1/1/26. These fools assigned me a GP in Albuquerque, NM -- I live in Kelso, WA. Worse yet, when I called the help line the nice gentleman from India politely told me he could not fix it and could not enter my current GP which is in Network for United. So, their computer system is garbage and the off shore customer service line is useless.

Called to get my primary Doctor changed as the one I had left the state. Got a person that I could not even understand, hung up and called 3 more times, couldn't understand a word they were saying. They need to hire people that can speak english .Gave them doctors name, they told me doctor was not in the network. She is on staff at St. Alphonsus which is in the network and I have already saw her once and uhc paid for the visit. I kept getting the runaround that doctor was not in network and they would assign a doctor that was. I got so frustrated that I told them to "just forget it" and hung up.

Keep customers about plan changes or ending plans

Just so you know United healthcare is going to cost you close to $500 a month and then when something is wrong with you you will be stuck paying the majority of the bill they only approve a third of the bill and you are stuck paying the rest I'm going to quit my job to get rid of this horrible insurance Go back to Blue Cross Blue shield where they actually treat you like a human being and don't charge you with the majority of the payment.

I just transferred to UHC medicare advantage as of jan 1st 2026. I was told all my drs were in network all my prescriptions were in network before signing up. As of 1/5/2026 I am not even listed in the portal as having any coverage at all sine july 2025. I was told when I called it's just the portal is not updated. Unfortunately my doctor cancelled my appt for today because they said I have no insureance or they are not in network becase on the uhc portal is showing me as having NO UHC coverage at all. The woman that helped me said she told my doctor to fill out a ticket. My doctors office manage whom I called said they have no call log of a ticket with anyone and they NEVER do anything like that at all with any insurance company. Was the UHC rep lying straight to my face? Hmm wonder if they are from that country that heavily populates Mn at the moment.

1. There are many periodontists in my city, but none accept UHC. 2. I try to chat with a Virtual Assistant to find the closest periodontist. The chat tells me to log in. I'm already logged in, I log in twice more, and I'm still prompted to log in. The chat won't proceed. 3. I call UHC and I speak to a Virtual Assistant. I provide my account information and am told I'll be transferred to someone. After a couple of number pad noises, the Virtual Assistant introduces itself again. I provide my account information, it says it will transfer me, and no joke, the Virtual Assistant introduces itself to me again. I need dental surgery and I'm blocked because I can't find a provider near me and I can't reach UHC for help.
