Their OTC benefits application is half way programmed, it is nothing more than extreme aggregation. GET YOURSELF REAL PROGRAMMERS TO DO THE JOB!!!!!

Everything about my experience has been bad. I was assigned a primary care provider (PCP) who was outside of my network, then was not able to change my PCP without calling in for help. Once it was changed, I was informed that the doctor selected actually no long works at the clinic. I then tried again to find a care provider, only to be told that my insurance is not accepted, even though the website says it is. The system is set up to make it nearly impossible to find a doctor without putting in HOURS of effort.

I had been paying my insurance and when I finally receive my card I call and made an appointment. But when I asked her to give me the address the receptionist did not want to give me. She said she was going to call me and never did. I cancel. I don't recommend this insurance to NOBODY.

I wish I could give this company a minus 10. My experience with UnitedHealthcare’s AARP Medicare plan through AARP was nothing but frustration. All year long, I had to argue over what was covered. After canceling the plan in November, they continued withdrawing money from my checking account despite multiple phone calls — and refused to refund it. Healthcare should provide peace of mind, not constant battles and unauthorized withdrawals. I will never enroll in a plan recommended by AARP again. Do your best to avoid this plan.

I am currently enrolled in United Healthcare. If you are looking for a reliable, helpful, friendly and dependable company, PLEASE keep looking because this is most definitely not it. How is it possible that every single interaction with a company is ALWAYS unpleasant, unhelpful and a complete waste of hours??? Just plain TERRIBLE!!! PERIOD!!!

WORST customer service EVER! They never know what to do, keep transferring over and over, do not have any type of knowledge about processes, if you are outsourcing people, TRAIN THEM, INVEST IN TRAINING, such a nightmare to get something authorized or appealed.

I feel it as the worst prescription plan they ever did for us. I’m spending more now than I did before when I was just paying out of my pocket.
