Got home from a trip and finally got to hook up my 1 HP Chiller and Atlas tub. Im extremely happy I decided to go with the Atlas over Triumph! Their sales rep Martin was very helpful and helped me make the right choice

I purchased the 1/3 HP water chiller system a little over a year ago. After having another water chiller break within a year, I decided to go with a company that offered an extended warranty. I paid over a hundred dollars for a 5 year extended warranty on my chiller. Within a year, the chiller stopped working and I reached out to have it serviced. I was required to pay to have it shipped back to the company ($120 round trip), I waited over 3 weeks for it to be serviced and it was returned to me broken. When I contacted the company, they asked me to send in photos of the chiller broken, which I did. After several follow up emails and phone calls not returned, I have been completely ghosted. I’ve now paid an additional $120 for an item that is STILL broken. The company won’t respond to me and are happy to keep your money. Don’t waste your time on this crooked company.

Awful. Deceitful company. Only respond after terrible reviews. Asked me to improve my review and still wouldn’t help. Asked for photos, then videos - of the issues with my tub. Then didn’t reply so the timing passed the warranty period. Disgraceful.

I placed an order with Titan Wellness on June 7, 2026, for multiple items. I received only part of my order and, more than two months later, I still have not received the cold plunge I purchased. Initially, I was notified that the cold plunge was on backorder and was told it would ship around Monday, June 15. That date came and went without the product shipping. I gave them another week before calling for an update and was then told they were expecting a delivery over the weekend and that my order would ship first thing the following Monday. Unfortunately, this same pattern continued for the next two months. I would call for an update, receive another estimated shipping timeframe, and then the product would not ship as promised. During this time, I also sent multiple emails requesting updates and received no response. At this point, I have tried several different avenues to resolve the situation and have received poor communication and inaccurate information regarding when my order would actually be fulfilled. I am simply asking for one of two reasonable resolutions: either deliver the cold plunge I paid for or issue me a full refund for the undelivered product.

After the extensive research I decided to go with Titan Welness’ 1 HP chiller. Cost and features is amazing compared to other chillers of the same specs and the service and guidance from their tech Martin was top notch. Been using the device several times a week and I’m seeing great results.

I have purchased two products from the company. The Bravo XL Cold Plunge Tub + Chiller Bundle and Sauna Duo-Therapy Pro® — 2-in-1: Infrared Heat Mode or Steam Mode. For the most part the items are very good and so is the customer service. However, I have one issue with the sauna. The controller that came with the sauna is in celsius when their website clearly shows a controller in fahrenheit. When I asked the company about this I was told "The Celsius reading is because our Saunas are created for a global audience, with Celsius being the leading standard around the world for temperature. So, all of our units come with that type of scale." However their website says "Titan Wellness (known for cold plunges and wellness equipment) does not directly ship overseas. Their Titan Wellness Shipping Policy indicates that they only ship within the contiguous United States, with partial shipping available to Canada." BTW, The U.S. is 8.5 times larger than Canada. When I asked when I may receive the proper controller I got no response.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the sauna controller. We are actively resolving this issue and have been in communication with you. We expect to receive new controllers within approximately 1–2 weeks and will send you a replacement at no charge. Our newest sauna version uses heat-level controls along with a separate mechanical thermometer that hangs inside the sauna to provide a clear temperature reading. We believe this is the best solution and will make sure you are taken care of. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
