BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE — Terrible Customer Service, Zero Accountability, and $400 Out of Pocket for Their Failure to Deliver I strongly recommend DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TITAN WELLNESS. My experience has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a cold plunge system on August 7, 2026. Titan Wellness failed to deliver the chiller, an essential component of the system I paid for. After weeks of waiting and repeatedly following up, I requested a return and refund on September 3. It took Titan Wellness 22 DAYS just to approve my return, and only after I repeatedly pursued updates. I returned two of the three packages on September 28, yet I am still waiting for a refund and a satisfactory resolution. To make matters worse, I had to pay $400 OUT OF MY OWN POCKET in return shipping costs. Titan Wellness refuses to reimburse those expenses, despite the fact that the return was necessary because THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THE COMPLETE PRODUCT. Think about that. I paid for a complete system, never received all the components, spent weeks chasing the company for answers, and then was forced to spend another $400 to return merchandise I couldn’t use as intended. Titan Wellness expects customers to strictly follow its refund policies while apparently holding itself to no comparable standard when it comes to fulfilling its own commitments. That is an unacceptable double standard. What makes this experience particularly troubling is the communication—or lack thereof. Nearly every step has required repeated follow-up on my part. Responses have been infrequent, limited, and often unhelpful. There has been little evidence of urgency, ownership, or genuine concern for resolving the situation. I have now opened a formal dispute with PayPal and am pursuing complaints through the BBB, FTC, and California Attorney General’s Office. In my opinion, this reflects poor business practices, poor leadership, and a serious lack of integrity and accountability. A reputable company should take responsibility when it fails to deliver what a customer purchased, rather than shifting the financial burden of its failure onto that customer. My advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TITAN WELLNESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. There are plenty of companies selling cold plunge systems. Choose one that stands behind its products, honors its commitments, communicates with customers, and doesn’t make them pay hundreds of dollars to correct the company’s own failure.

We apologize for the delays and frustration you experienced. During the summer season, we experienced shipping delays due to increased demand, and our website was updated to accurately reflect the shipping timeframes. To address the missing component, a manager offered to send you the 1/2 HP chiller on September 22, but you declined that option. Following this, we authorized you to return the products on September 23. Regarding the $400 return shipping expense mentioned in your review, our published return policy clearly states that customers are responsible for shipping returned products back to our facility at their own expense. We understand that you are awaiting an update regarding your refund. A manager will reach out to you as soon as possible to review the return and provide clarification on the refund status and next steps. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to bringing this matter to a proper resolution.
