I have purchased two products from the…

I have purchased two products from the company. The Bravo XL Cold Plunge Tub + Chiller Bundle and Sauna Duo-Therapy Pro® — 2-in-1: Infrared Heat Mode or Steam Mode. For the most part the items are very good and so is the customer service. However, I have one issue with the sauna. The controller that came with the sauna is in celsius when their website clearly shows a controller in fahrenheit. When I asked the company about this I was told "The Celsius reading is because our Saunas are created for a global audience, with Celsius being the leading standard around the world for temperature. So, all of our units come with that type of scale." However their website says "Titan Wellness (known for cold plunges and wellness equipment) does not directly ship overseas. Their Titan Wellness Shipping Policy indicates that they only ship within the contiguous United States, with partial shipping available to Canada." BTW, The U.S. is 8.5 times larger than Canada. When I asked when I may receive the proper controller I got no response.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the sauna controller. We are actively resolving this issue and have been in communication with you. We expect to receive new controllers within approximately 1–2 weeks and will send you a replacement at no charge. Our newest sauna version uses heat-level controls along with a separate mechanical thermometer that hangs inside the sauna to provide a clear temperature reading. We believe this is the best solution and will make sure you are taken care of. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
