Overall great service and product so far. I ordered during a busy sale so it took a week or two for it to ship out once shipped it arrived quickly since I’m in the northwest I got it set up and forgot to open the valves once connected to chiller and tub which is bad and I had the outlet of the tub going to the outlet of the chiller and it’s supposed to to be inverted or opposite I called titan tech support and Josh was able to clarify that for me and once it got going it was only 1-2 hours for it to hit 59’f and water is super clean it is later in the fall oct 15. Only issue I ran into is I was sent a white chiller instead of a black one with a black triumph. They gave me a complimentary 25 dollars off coupon. Unless I wanted to send it back for a black I’m fine with it I like how the colors are inverted black with white tub and white with black chiller. Praying the chiller last me a long time right now I’d 100% recommend titan. For the price of the competitors the 1/2 power gen 5 power chiller and tub is a great deal.
