Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that your chiller is working well so far. That said, we're a bit confused by the 2-star rating if the product is performing as expected. If there is a specific communication issue you experienced, we'd genuinely like to understand it. Our U.S.-based customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST by both phone and email, and we work hard to respond to every customer as quickly as possible. If you reached out outside of business hours, that may explain the delay. Regarding the replacement filters, we strive to keep ownership costs as low as possible. Our replacement filters are among the most affordable on the market, with a 12-pack available for just $99—approximately $8.25 per filter. We encourage customers to compare both the price and quality of our filters with competing brands, many of which charge significantly more for equivalent replacements.
