First off I wrote a review as the guy in the store really pushed me to do so. So I did also thinking he’d give me a hook up especially after declining the free small portable ice bath as I saw no benefit since I was purchasing the xl ice bath. No hook up but was whatever’s about it didn’t really bother me. I was told my 1/2 hp chiller would cool down after 2-3 hours however it took a full day and night to get down to the advertised 32 degrees. This was barely my third time installing the ice bath and the cheap pvc plastic that goes into the ice bath to circulate the water popped off and got stuck in the entry way. Now I can’t use the ice bath as the pvc insert is stuck in the insert. I contacted titan support and resulted this wouldn’t qualify for their 2 year warranty despite being their cheap pvc breaking off in the ice bath. Was sold on the false advertise of cooling in 2-3 hours and basically have a useless ice bath since I can’t plug in the inserts. Would consider a different company next time.

The machine is great value for doing a cold plunge. Customer service is awesome, they make sure you are satisfied with your purchase even 1 year later. They stand by their product with the warranty and are helpful and informative.

Needed help with some issues about my chiller. Parts are not 5 star quality made in China. Lots of plastic cheaper parts. Customer service helped me out and understood the problem and provided me with help. Now my machine is up and running. Thanks Rich Ramaizel Melville NY USA

⭐⭐⭐⭐ From a 1-Star Experience to a Very Good Recovery I originally gave Titan Wellness a 1-star review because of the experience I had with the delivery of my sauna. My original order was delayed, and unfortunately I was given several shipping dates that were not met. What frustrated me most wasn’t necessarily having to wait — delays can happen to any company — but being given specific commitments multiple times and then seeing those dates pass without the order shipping. However, I believe a review should tell the entire story, including what happens when a company makes an effort to fix a bad experience. Titan eventually reached out to me directly, acknowledged the situation and asked for the opportunity to make things right. Since I already own a Titan Cold Plunge that I’ve had for quite some time and has been fantastic, I knew the company was capable of making good products. For that reason, I decided to give them another opportunity. I’m glad I did. I have now received and tested the Titan Duo-Therapy Pro Sauna, and my experience with the actual product has been very positive. Assembly was extremely easy. The materials feel surprisingly good for a portable sauna, and once inside it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. There is enough room to sit comfortably, and the heat from the infrared panels feels very pleasant and evenly distributed around the body. It also gets seriously hot. During my testing, an independent thermometer inside the sauna reached approximately 145–150°F. I started sweating quickly, and the infrared heat feels excellent on the body. For its price and portability, I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. I now have the complete Titan hot/cold setup I originally wanted — my Cold Plunge and the Duo-Therapy Pro Sauna — and I’m very happy with both products. I also want to give Titan credit for how they ultimately handled the situation. When someone from a company personally reaches out, acknowledges that the experience wasn’t what it should have been and genuinely tries to repair the relationship, I believe it’s fair to recognize that effort and give them another chance. There is one lesson from my original experience that I hope Titan takes seriously: Be completely realistic and honest with customers about delivery dates. Unexpected delays happen. Most customers understand that. If something is going to take three weeks instead of one, tell the customer three weeks. That’s perfectly acceptable. What damages trust is giving a customer a date, missing it, giving another date, and missing that one too. I’d much rather wait longer for one honest date that is actually met. So yes, my experience started as a 1-star experience. But Titan reached out, made an effort to correct it, delivered the product, and the sauna itself has impressed me I’m glad I gave them a second chance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis when nothing else helped my joint pain. I opted to try the Titan Cold Plunge I could not believe how much better I felt. It gave me so much energy. If you suffer from pain every day like I do, I would definitely recommend it even my information levels are much lower than they were. The customer service of this company is also excellent. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve had the Titan Wellness Arctic Triumph Cold Plunge with the chiller for about two months now, and I’ve been extremely happy with both the product and the overall experience with Titan Wellness. Setup was surprisingly easy. The chiller and pump came with quite a few pieces, so initially I thought it might be a complicated process, but everything was comprehensive, user-friendly, and straightforward to install. I had everything up and running without any issues. Since setting it up, I’ve plunged every single day, and the chiller has done a great job keeping the water consistently at the temperature I want. That reliability has probably been the biggest thing for me. I wanted something I could use daily without constantly having to mess with it, and so far, that’s exactly what this has been. I’ve also been really impressed with the quality of the tub itself. Even though it’s inflatable, it feels surprisingly durable and substantial. I went with the white, which has a really clean, crisp look and fits nicely into the space. I purchased this as more of a temporary cold plunge solution, but after using it every day for two months, it has proven to be extremely reliable and I haven’t had any issues with it. I also have to mention the customer service. I recently called because I needed some help with changing out a filter and spoke with Joe. The customer service from Titan Wellness has been above par. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the Arctic Triumph bundle and with Titan Wellness as a company. After two months of daily use, I can confidently say it has been reliable, easy to maintain, and a great addition to my daily routine. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid cold plunge and chiller setup.
