I hate to leave a bad review, but after not getting helped I feel I should. I bought my cold plunge and chiller in January. Worked great for about 6 months then the chiller stopped cooling. I reached out and they sent me a new fan that I had to pay shipping on. After install still not cooling. I reached out again with no return communication. My cold plunge is already starting to rip as well. I feel like 6 months is way to early to be having these issues and am very disappointed. I haven't been able to use it in 4 months.

Dust and debris obstructing the chiller fan can cause reduced airflow and cooling issues, which is why regular cleaning and keeping the unit in a clean, suitable environment are important. Our newest chiller models also include a built-in washable mesh fan filter to help protect against this. Rather than sending the entire chiller to our service facility, you chose the faster option of having the replacement part shipped directly to you. We provided the part free of charge, and you only paid discounted shipping. As with other equipment requiring service, transportation to our service facility is the customer’s responsibility when an in-person repair is needed. One of our senior technical advisors has already reached out regarding your remaining concerns. Rest assured, our award-winning U.S.-based support team will continue working with you to make sure this is fully resolved and that you are 100% satisfied with your Titan system.

Hello, I’m happy to give Titan a five star review. I’ve had my Cold Plunge for over a year now and it is working great along with the Wi-Fi connection. Whenever I’m getting low on filters, I just go on their easy to use website order them and they are here within a few days. I originally chose Titan because I noticed they were located in the USA and was shocked that they answered the phone on the first time I called. Thank you, Martin and Victor for the help over the year. I will continue to spread the word at Pop Warner Football games on Sunday. From someone that has been doing cold plunges for 20 years I’m glad that I pick this company ! All the best, Rick

Started strong, never executed. Ordered August 23rd and as of writing this on September 26th I still haven’t gotten shipping confirmation. Was originally told delivery between 9/2 and 9/7. Then it was the next week. Then I finally called and was told the week of the 25th they would be received and shipped. Still nothing. They shipped the tub itself with the wrong lid. Was told that would be replaced and shipped immediately. That also didn’t happen. Horrible customer service experience resulting in cancellation of the order, which I have extremely low expectations of being handled correctly.

Overpromise - underdeliver! Buyer beware! I ordered a Titan Apex Acrylic Tub on August 31 because Titan advertised “fast shipping” within 2–5 business days. Almost a month later, I still don’t have it. I have an email saying it would ship September 14. When that didn’t happen, I was told September 21. Now I’m being told September 28. Each date comes and goes, and I have to reach out to find out what’s happening only to be told it'll ship "next week". The empty promises are really frustrating! If you’re considering ordering, don’t count on the advertised shipping time. I’m now considering canceling and buying from another company.

I had a terrible experience with Titan Wellness. The first chiller I received was visibly damaged and appeared used. Titan sent a replacement, but that unit also appeared used and had what looked like mildew and mold in the filter port. When I called about the replacement, Victor, a manager at Titan, told me that anything with water will get mildew and mold and that this was normal. I asked whether this was how they ship units, and he said, “Absolutely.” At that point, I asked for a refund. I was told I would have to pay a 7% fee, a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping. After receiving two units in unacceptable condition, I don’t think I should have to pay those costs to get my money back. I’m extremely disappointed with both the condition of the chillers and how Titan handled my complaint. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Titan Wellness.

Gabriel, we absolutely do not sell used units. Every Titan chiller undergoes water testing as part of our quality-control process before shipment. Because of this, some residual water or moisture inside the system or filter area can be completely normal. This is disclosed on our packaging, in our instruction materials, and throughout our setup and instructional videos. We take any concern regarding the condition of a unit seriously. Our award-winning, U.S.-based technical support team is already in contact with you, as you are aware, and is actively working to address your concerns and make sure the matter is properly resolved. I ended up upgrading to the Triumph XL which is definitely worth it as it is the best deal out there. The customer service with Martin has been excellent and super easy if you need help with set up, replacement parts or upgrade options. I would recommend initially purchasing the chiller with UV built in as I added it on after. There is no better plunge that you could get for $1K out the door!
