Worthless. They have a terrible model. They take your money after finding you a “match”. We did not feel our assigned counselor was a match at all after reading her bio. The website is essentially impossible to navigate. Even after following the instructions to change providers, it essentially only matched us with one other alternate. Is get the feeling he was the only other provider on the platform because no amount of putting in simple parameters (like wanting a female) would change the provider option. Customer service is impossible. They said they’d put our account on hold until we got assigned a new provider. Despite this, they billed us for another month. The website is literally useless it only lets you schedule an appointment and not to access any other features (like cancelling the service). They have not responded to my requests for help. Don’t make the same mistake and give them your credit card number.
