The service works, I like the therapist i found alot. The most annoying part though is everytime I try to update my sessions with an eap code and it tells" Sorry but your therapist doesn't take this method anymore. Than I have to go to the the help center which isn't even apart of the app. Send an email about how this happens everytime I try to update it then they go" We'll see if they'll let you in" And if course they let me in because they accepted the codes in the FIRST PLACE.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding the EAP code process. We understand how frustrating it must be to encounter issues when trying to update your sessions, especially when your therapist initially accepted the codes. We are actively looking into ways to streamline this process and improve the in-app experience for EAP users. Your detailed comments help us identify areas for improvement, and we are committed to making these necessary adjustments.

I liked the therapist but was turned off when it appeared she reached for her phone and started texting others . It didn’t seem like she was paying attention to what I was saying

We're concerned to hear about your experience during your session. We expect our therapists to be fully present, and we're addressing this internally to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Some of the therapists seem friendly, however I feel like I get tossed from provider to provider like we are playing hot potato. It's frustrating to have to start again every time. I've had many providers late to appointments. Every single time. Why do I pay for an appointment when they show up 10 minutes late speak to me for 3 minutes and leave. And it was supposed to be a half hour appointment. I'll be honest I have met 1 good provider of the 7 I've seen. She shows up on time and is friendly. The others make me feel like I'm being judged, and that's not fair when I'm getting depression meds from them. It doesn't help.

We appreciate you sharing your candid feedback regarding your experiences with our providers. We are concerned to hear about the inconsistencies in your care, particularly the frequent changes in providers and the issues with punctuality and session length. We understand how frustrating it is to repeatedly re-explain your history and feel rushed during appointments. We are also troubled by your feeling of being judged, especially when seeking support for depression. We are committed to ensuring a supportive and effective environment for all our clients. We are reviewing our scheduling and provider assignment processes to address these concerns and improve the consistency and quality of care our clients receive.

First, my counselor Shawn is excellent and I would not want another for the help I need. Second, when signing up, I went through my company for free sessions, but was asked to put in insurance info also. When I did this, it went directly to insurance, which covered very little. I could not get help to resolve it and had to pay for a months sessions before I could speak to my therapist again. I still owe 3 more weeks. There were no options for a payment plan. I did not have the heart to give a lower score because I have anxiety issues and I have little choice in getting help besides getting it from home I currently have 3 ‘rooms’ with only one that I can use. All same therapist It’s very confusing when I get asked to make an appointment.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with the billing process and the confusion regarding your sessions, especially given your anxiety. We understand how frustrating it must be to navigate these issues while seeking support. We are reviewing our sign-up and billing procedures to prevent similar situations. We are also looking into the "room" display to ensure clarity when scheduling appointments. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services for everyone.

My psychiatrist is amazing. The therapist is OK, but I would like a therapist that has more feedback.

I like the ease of messaging, but not the ability to choose from multiple providers. Scheduling is also hard

When I didn't have issues, the platform is easy to use for scheduling and staying in contact with therapists. BUT when I needed customer assistance the platform is terrible. No phone number. The chat sets you up with AI. When you do need an agent, they keep you waiting for a long time. All for a simple fix that if I was on the phone with someone I'd be able to resolve the issue just by sending a photo or chatting for 2 mins or less.
