⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a really positive experience with Talkspace. I was a little unsure about online therapy at first, but having the ability to attend counseling from somewhere I’m comfortable has made it so much easier to stay consistent. My therapist has given me a safe space to work through some incredibly difficult things without feeling judged or rushed. I’ve felt heard, supported, and also challenged when I needed to be — which has helped me grow and look at situations differently. Therapy isn’t always easy, and sometimes the conversations are uncomfortable, but I’m grateful I made the decision to start. Having someone help me sort through the emotions, anxiety, hurt, and everyday life that comes with a difficult season has been incredibly valuable. If you’ve been considering therapy but keep putting it off, Talkspace makes taking that first step a little less intimidating. I’m very thankful for my experience and for the progress I’ve made along the way.
