I want to give a zero, but I don't have that option. I am concerned with a company that provides therapy, and abandons a person after 2 sessions. My wife passed away 2 months ago. My daughter recommended I talk to a therapist. I saw good reviews for Talk space, so tried it. Quite disappointed. On the 2nd session, I let my therapist know I was having a memorial for my wife. The therapist said we would have our next session on the 7th, but never set up the session, and has not responded to my inquiries. Never thought I would be "ghosted" by a therapist. That concerns me that a therapist would just let someone dealing with grief not get any follow up. I decided therapy is definitely not for me. I don't need to be ignored by people I don't know and that don't care about me

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We extend our deepest sympathies for the loss of your wife and deeply regret that your experience during such a difficult time of grief fell so far short of what you needed. Being left without communication after discussing your memorial plans is completely unacceptable, and we recognize how deeply hurtful and unprofessional it felt to be ignored when seeking support. We are taking immediate steps to review this situation with our provider network to ensure strict follow-up standards are upheld so no one else experiences this kind of sudden disconnect.

Good counselors, WORST customer service, or rather lack of any customer service!!!!! They don't have a phone number to reach them on the phone nor a chat that works! I sent an email and it took three tries and three months before they responded to a routine inquiry. They have the nerve to send me an invoive by email, (that i don't owe) but there's absolotely nobody to talk to! Company is run by AI and deapite their expensive prices and huge profit margins, they don't want to talk to their customers/patients. Don't bother with Talkspace!

cancelling account was very difficult but eventually succeeded. however they continue to send random invoices, which must be disputed through customer service. however, they have the worst customer service portal i have ever seen. it is off the main talkspace site, run by an incompetent AI agent who knows nothing about you or your account and cannot inspect anything about your account. furthermore it is logistically difficult to get to the right webpage to respond to this dumb agent. because they know nothing about you or your account, the only support they provide is to direct you to videos that tell you to click buttons that literally do not exist inside of your talkspace user interface. i cancelled 10 months ago and I am still getting invoices from them and dealing with their awful customer service to prevent them taking more of my money. i am considering legal action.
