Just awful and uncaring. did not show for meeting (took day off) and billed me! I am charging them with the 100 dollar fee for no shows as per their policy.

Dr. Buonopane provided invaluable assistance in comprehending that adults can occasionally experience substantial transformations that disrupt their work and professional advancement. Despite their unwavering dedication and prolonged efforts, unforeseen circumstances can abruptly alter their trajectory. I believe the attentive listening and subsequent recommendations emanated from a genuine concern, not merely as a medical professional. I am immensely fortunate to have Dr. Aelandria Buonopane as my esteemed physician.

Excellent doctors and easy to use format.

Their Cancellation policy is BS. 48 hours really? This is ridiculous. Like I don’t have enough to worry about? Now I’m being charged for canceling short of 2 days ahead of time? Why do you need more than 24 hours notice for virtual appt? $100 for cancelling an appointment 6 hours short of their cut off. My appt is on 5/8 at 9am, today is 5/6 at 3:00pm is when I called. I will definitely never use this service now.

Talkiatry and my Psychiatrist Chad have changed my life. My mental health was not ok. I took a break from the medicine and the visits. That was not a great idea. My mental health went into a tail spin. I decided to come back and was able to get the same Psychiatrist. Chad did some adjustments to the medicine and I feel great!

I’ve had several doctors since I’ve been with Talkiatry. One of the doctors made such an impact in my life, that I am now my old self again, which my children are truly grateful. She truly has been a blessing. Another, had such encouraging words, that after my session, I sat and reflected about what she said. I truly believe that God placed these doctors in my life.
