My doctor is great. Some IT issues, annoying policies, and poor customer service are correct and accurate, but the provider's quality makes it worth it.

Talkiatry came highly recommended to me and I am glad that I was able to work with helpful people. One issue that I do have an occasional problem with is that I don't always understand someone especially when they leave a message. Working with my doctor is great and I have no issue with understanding her but some of the other helpers of Talkiatry, I do. I ask that if someone leaves a message or I speak with to please slow down and be very clear, this would be appreciated. I have an issue with hearing and comprehending at times. My experience happened several times over the years but I went as far back as I could.

Great doctor. Collaborates with me to deal with my issues. Good listener. My only complaint with Talkiatry is their $100 fine if you miss a session. But when THEY miss a session with no notice to me, they don’t pay me $100! It has happened twice.

i like how simple it is. they also accept my insurance so I pay like around $35 every psychiatry visit. i luckily got a really good psychiatrist who really cares about me and even advised me to get an EKG before starting certain medications that impact my heart rate and health. although it kinda makes me feel a bit bad about the company because they have to charge me for $250 every visit for "supportive therapy" which I was never given a head-up for, which makes things more expensive but luckily they accept my insurance so I only pay $10 extra for supportive therapy. it kinda feels like they're scamming me for it but it is what it is. i got a really good psychiatrist though. worth the risk if you have insurance IMO

Updated: The therapist has been great to work with. Initially had some billing issues, but they were resolved after following up with Talkiatry.
