On Tuesday, 2/17, we spoke with you and provided all necessary instructions for sending your machine back for warranty evaluation, including the return label. As we explained, under ResMed’s warranty process, the machine must first be received and processed to determine the issue and whether it can be repaired or replaced. Each situation is different, which is why timelines can vary. The four-week period is a standard guideline from ResMed — it is not a guaranteed repair or delivery time, but an estimate. We are eager to assist you as soon as your machine is received and processed. We truly understand how important your CPAP device is, and we remain committed to supporting you throughout this warranty process.
