I liked that I didn’t have to have an actual appointment and I could just tell the dr my child’s symptoms and what I was personally viewing from her and that it was just trusted that I was being honest. I liked everything about the service, the absence excuse was perfect, the timely manner in which I received it was great. There’s one thing I didn’t like, and that’s the date that it had on the note was the day my child was returning to school. I guess you could say it is my fault for waiting until that day, however I didn’t need the note until she had already missed that number of days. It just would have been nice if the date of her “appointment “ either wasn’t specifically stated on the note, or if there was an option to back date it. Bc it had to sound funny to the teacher that my daughter was sick for 5 days and didn’t see the doctor until the day she was returning to school, which was 7 days later, following the weekend. Besides that, this was a convenient and practical way for my child’s absences to be excused without having to drag her to an unnecessary doctors appointment, with Covid to top it off!

I was worried for a second that I had been scammed but realized they were waiting for more information and had written me on the website. If you don’t receive the note right away, make sure you don’t have messages on my doctors note website. The whole process was very quick but also an appropriate amount of thorough. The doctor was very kind and helpful. Not a scam and much cheaper and easier than going to urgent care. Highly reccomend!

I fell ill before a fast upcoming trip and Dr. Sartin was able to see me with very short notice. At the same time, he took care to properly understand the case and helped provide much needed documentation the very same day. I would highly recommend.
