I find everyone very helpful and interesting in solving my issues. It is however a getting used to process and appealing takes time.

The company is responsive and backs it's products.I had some initial logistic issues but they are customer driven and I always get a follow up and action on any requests I make. You can actually talk the same person more than once.They make the effort.

El envío fue rápido! Pero ne agendaron la cita con el doctor en 10 dias. Acaso están locos? Gracias a dios el equipo me mando el reporte y la prescription del doctor! Pude comprar el equipo a 40% mas bajo que el precio que ellos ofrecían en su página! Pero todo fue bien

It covers many issues regards to sleeping. I had much interest in insomnia which is a major problem I have had for a while at 70 years old. It has helped at so level but I feel medication is the main cause.

I just got the device. So far, I called customer service for a question. After waiting for 15 minutes a voice message came on stating they will call me back. Then it was another 40 minutes for someone to call me back. The customer service representative tone was rude and inpatient. He didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. He should get another job. Next day, ready to set up. I had difficulty setting up. Cassandra, customer rep, was very helpful. She tried for awhile to set up. Problem: device was registered to someone else and sent to another customer. I had someone else’s device. A representative called and stated that sometimes device gets sent to wrong person. She will be sending me a new one. I did get the sleep test and consultation went well. In summary : All of their customer service reps were helpful and nice except one, wait times could be improved, and rechecking scanning before sending out.

We are truly so sorry, it appears the registration issue was caused by a rare scanning error. While uncommon, it can happen. As soon as we connected with you on the 14th and identified the problem, we immediately reissued a new test to prevent any delay in your care. As of this morning, we’ve confirmed your data has been received and is currently being processed. Please allow 1–2 business days for interpretation. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to supporting you throughout the remainder of your testing process.

The people who helped me get the recommendation, get the order placed, and the prescriptions submitted, including Al, who followed up on the shipping, we’re great. Your shipping is close to glacial in its lack of speed. It will apparently take seven days for my order to come to Central Texas from Illinois. I suspect that could be accomplished on a bicycle. But again, the people were great.
