My experience with Sleep Doctor was very positive. The entire process was straightforward and easy to complete. I was hesitant at first about doing an online sleep study, but after going through it, I would definitely recommend it.
My wife completed the sleep study as well, and her results showed that she does not need a CPAP. That gave me confidence that Sleep Doctor is making sound, individualized recommendations rather than recommending CPAP therapy to everyone.
I also appreciated that Sleep Doctor placed several different mask options in my cart for me to research before making a decision. That made it much easier to compare masks and choose the one that seemed like the best fit for me.

Will spend over two weeks not responding to concerns if an order is placed. They just want money and then you dont matter as a customer.
You can tell by other reviews that there's a pattern here. It's a terrible unprofessional sales service, from my experience with them they should not be trusted with medical care.
*edit: company is acting like this must be a fake review because I didnt give them details to reach out. I wanted to keep my details private after seeing how they do business.
I sent multiple emails to Sleep Doctor for a refund and was still ignored about a month after my order.
