I had a great experience working with Ally W. from Sleep Doctor. I was outside of the 30-day window to exchange my CPAP mask, but the mask I was currently using was not working properly. Ally was extremely helpful and made a one-time exception to allow me to swap it out for a different mask. She responded very quickly, was polite and professional throughout the entire interaction, and made the process very easy. Sleep doctor studies are incredibly easy. They give you a ton of options for taking care of your sleep apnea if you are diagnosed and incredibly helpful at answering all of your questions

Right from the start of my quest to find a good reputable home sleep study I found WatchPat One to meet all my needs. The main reasons for me was 1. FDA cleared WatchPat One sleep study. 2. The cost of the study was reasonable. 3. The process of setting up the home study was not difficult. 4. The quick results within 1-2 days was a plus. 5. The follow up support from the care team was Excellent. 6. The results finally shed some light on why I cannot sleep. I am in the process of seeing a sleep doctor for further evaluation.
